Honesty

All iZIP staff and representitives and members find honesty one of the most important traits in people. There are not enough people out there in the world, being honest.

It is one thing to look out for yourself, it is another to blatently lie, decieve, mislead and generaly be dishonest with complete disregard for other people, simply in order to benift yourself.

example: iZIP will never tell you your equipment is broken unless it actually is. We will also never break it to make a few extra dollars. We don't plant malicous softare or faulty hardwre in an effort to have return business.

Our retrun business is based on the qualities and integrity that iZIP is.

 
Respect

Respect is far from dead and gone, at iZIP we will respect our customers, and thier equipment, personal data, privacy and thier right to a quality service.

 
Courtesy

All you have to do these days to find the general poor state of courtesty, (well complete lack there of), is take a drive in peak hour or goto a busy shop or event.

iZIP will provide you with courtesy, friendlyness and respect to the extent that you deserve.

 
Quality

There is little point providing you with a service or product that isn't quality. If we are going to sell you a bad product or service, then we are just setting ourselves up to have unhappy customers and a bad reputation.

Often at an extra cost, iZIP will source quality parts and services, unfortunalty to maintain a competitive nature to the best of our ability it means lower profits. We think it is worth any extra costs, and our customers that come back time and again, and continue with ongoing services would also agree.

There are more important things than money, like reliable services and equipment.

 
Integrity

This pretty much shoots us back to each of the above sections. Without honesty you cannot have integrirty. Without respect and courtesy you cannot have integrity. Knowingly selling inferior products and services diminishes integrity. Integrity is built from honesty and strong and good moral and ethical principles and practices.
