After much time, consideration and alterations to the shop hours and staff it was decided that in order to run and function correctly and grow in the manner required and desired that Ian should return to the shop and perform the day-to-day management.

This is not to state that the people previously manning and running the shop were incapable. That would be far from the truth.

More focus was required, and that is what is now happening.

Full-time shop based staffing is now solely Ian. Les will occasionally come in and assist as required or needed.

Brandon has now moved to the on-site side of the business providing almost all of the on-site and remote support.

For those of you who were following the happenings it has been difficult trying to keep iZIP opened as per public demand.

The ball was dropped last year with illness and death in the family, ultimately leading to the shop being closed.

Finding staff such as Brandon, who were able to greatly assist in keeping the shop open after it was re-opened proved to be a little difficult with a few staff coming and going. Brandon stuck in there and iZIP, Ian, will be forever grateful for this.

We hope that our new range of on-site and remote support will generate enough work for Brandon to stay interested and stay around.

Growth of iZIP has always been part of the grand plan. It is only now however that we have been able to focus on more appropriate marketing and advertising to get our good name out there into the public.

Many endless thanks go to all the customers who have, by word-of-mouth, helped iZIP reach where it is now.

A range of new in-shop services will allow people to pick and choose how quickly their machine is serviced and how much focus iZIP can provide for their particular job. We have also managed to keep the $66 flat rate which is the main reason iZIP stands out from other local computer service businesses.

On-site services are also now available and in hot demand including another iZIP concept of easy to budget for flat-rate services.

Adding into the mix the fact that many smaller issues can be dealt with over the phone or via remote access we now have remote services available for the quick and easy jobs.

We now have a range of pre-planned computer systems available to suit most budgets and price ranges backed with a reliable rental provider.

We can offer these to you via means of a rental agreement through our rental provider which serves great for businesses and in turn equally as great for clients and customers who require a new PC without all of the up front out of pocket expense of purchasing a machine outright.

iZIP is currently working on a community project and a local trade and reference project for online use. These are being developed with assistance from a few other businesses interested in the projects.

On top of this we will be focusing on some online retail stores which we have been trying to get happening for the best part of the last year.
