Rates and Services

In-Shop


Standard Flat Rate Service		Flat Rate: $66
	This is a low-priority service, where the $66 covers our time and labour. This is the base fee. Charged in full not in part and not in pro-rata.

Priority Flat Rate Service		Flat Rate: $132
	This is the same as the $66 flat rate (standard service), however the service takes priority over the $66 flat rate (standard service).

Priority Service		Per Hour: $66
	This service takes priority over all other in-shop services. The staff focus on these services before any flat rate or other in-shop service as listed below.

Educational Service		Per Hour: $99
	Where a customer wishes to oversee, (watch), what is happening to their computer and or learn from the experience. We no longer have the freedom to work on multiple jobs or tasks in the normal manner that we would. We also have the additional task of explaining steps of the process and no longer have the freedom to perform or respond to email, phone calls, faxes, administrative duties or close the shop as per in our normal day to day manner. Please Note: We are running a quality IT service not a peep-show.

Instructional Educational Service		Per Hour: $132
	This is for the people who wish to do the work themselves under our instruction. Essentially it is the same as the Educational Service, however we need to provide more focus, which is where the higher rate comes from.

On-Site


Call-Out Fee		Minimum Local Area: $10
	The call out fee is applicable to all on-site services. This fee goes directly to the staff member who attends. This is for travel time; petrol and wear and tear on that staff or representatives car. The reason we charge this separate is that if we built it into the hourly fees the hourly fees would be unjustly higher.

On-Site Standard Service		Per Hour: $77
	The On-Site Standard Service is applicable to non-urgent pre-arranged on-site work where iZIP comes out to you at a time suitable to iZIP.

On-Site Priority Service		Per Hour: $137
	The On-Site Priority Service is applicable to all urgent on-site work where iZIP comes out to you at a time not suitable to iZIP such as as soon as possible after being requested. Last minute urgent requests will have the On-Site Priority Service fee applied to them The On-Site Priority Service, if required outside of business hours, will also attract an additional $50 call out. This fee goes to the attending staff or representative as payment for leaving their personal life, family or commitment to service you.

On-Site Flat Rate Fixed Service		Flat Rate: $99
	Potentially speed up your computer! ..::[ ALSO AVAILABLE AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE ]::.. Check that you have an updated functional virus scanner. Perform a spyware scan; removing spyware found if possible. Ensure that your performance settings and Virtual Memory are optimal Turn off unwanted background programs and services Empty common temporary and cached (stored) files, history and logs. Inspect your machine and advise as to any potential issues found The On-Site service you can Budget for ! Please Note: Call out fee still applicable. Set Criteria is not to be detoured. Payment required via Credit Card or Cash at the time of attendance or via EFTPOS, Credit Card, Transfer or cleared Cheque prior to attendance.

Remote Support - Credit Card Only. (Existing long term clients may pay as per normal, upon invoice)


Via Internet		Per Hour: $77
	If you have a broadband internet service that is functional and not speed limited then we can log into your machine remotely and assist you with your needs. If need be we may also speak to you via land line telephone while we perform our work.

Via Telephone - Land line		Per Hour: $88
	It can be difficult to assist you via telephone when you are not sure what needs to be done or if you are not familiar with how to use the more technically oriented aspects of your operating system. Our staff are patient and will do what they can to help.

Via Telephone - Mobile		Per Hour: $137
	This is not a preferred option for iZIP
